Subject: Do you seek a deeper way of engaging with conflict?
Preheader: Conflict facilitators — this is especially for you!
Dear %user.name_f%,
As conflict swirls in the world, do you seek a deeper way of engaging with conflict— one that supports togetherness and liberation?
Miki Kashtan wants to explore how to expand the lens of “conflict resolution.”
How to go beyond basic conflict facilitation and understand what it takes to create an experience of mattering for all involved, regardless of the outcome.

Partnered with two co-facilitators, Miki’s newest course aims to help people who already have a basic understanding of conflict facilitation to:
- Learn to show up in a way that models the possible future they want to contribute to
- Understand what it takes to create an experience of mattering— for all who are part of a conflict field
- Find vision-oriented ways to frame whatever arises into a pull towards vision for everyone involved
- See options for utilizing the many potential moves in a conflict field as ways of weaving togetherness
Weaving Togetherness: Supporting Liberation while Facilitating Conflict Processes with Miki Kashtan, Aurélia Saint-Just, and Alper Süzer starts on Monday, December 18th.
Over four sessions, this course will focus on specific aspects of engaging with conflict that are particularly relevant to the journey of liberation.
