When I started learning about Nonviolent Communication I wanted to improve my communication skills. 

Then the next steps emerged. One by one. 

In 2006 I co-founded the NVC Academy with Mark Schultz to share NVC worldwide. 

But when I first started out, I had no idea what was in store for me! Or the difference I could make to our community of NVC enthusiasts.
