One Ukrainian NVC trainer has been exploring answers to this question and has teamed up with an expert in Spiral Dynamics to share their insights with you. 

This 4-week course will introduce the Spiral Dynamics model and use it to study the evolution of human needs, values, and life conditions. You will also study the geo-political situation in Europe that has led to the invasion of Russia into Ukraine.
