Reducing the Gap in Capacity Range
Miki Kashtan
Each of us has a range of capacities. Miki describes this as a range from "floor to ceiling." This video describes the need to work on both to prevent the gap from expanding.

Miki Kashtan writes: "In my belief system, violence is always related to helplessness. Helplessness can be mourned, and strength found through that process...mourning allows us to bear the helplessness and makes actual violence less likely. Only emotions that cannot be embraced in their fullness lead to violence."
