This 10-month program is designed to accelerate individual and collective liberation in times of global crises through live coaching and engaging actively in co-learning nonviolent leadership. I honestly can’t think of another time in my lifetime when developing such skills was more important. 

I use my NVC skills in all my relationships, mediating political disagreements with family and friends; dealing with my own deep mourning at how civilians are being targeted so readily in conflicts and wars; and in understanding my own tendency to want to shut down emotionally rather than feel the depth of my emotions. I also want to step up in my life more than ever so that whatever my sphere of influence, I am doing my part to create a world I want to live in.
