This course is about leadership, but not in the traditional sense. 

What I mean is, leadership is not necessarily about your position in the world — leadership is an attitude. That means homemakers, CEOs, spiritual leaders, board members, mothers, fathers, managers, volunteers, and YOU can ALL step into leadership, exactly where you are. 

Within the subject of leadership, some of the topics that Miki offers ongoing coaching in are:  

• stepping into your power — then how to use that power collaboratively 
• engaging productively with others in moving towards a shared purpose – whether it's at home, at work, or in your communities 
• increasing capacity to know and face reality as a source of greater choice 
• acting with integrity in more and more circumstances  

Most of the teaching happens in dialogue and exchange with individuals, in response to whatever arises. Miki meets participants where they are, accepts them with deep tenderness, and supports them as they keep moving towards their goals. 

She has a detailed, attentive, tender and sometimes challenging coaching style, which inspires everyone to stretch and grow in meaningful ways. 

The group plays together, learns together and builds trust in one another.
