Let me give you a bit more context and describe why this course is so vital especially today… 

The way we've been socially conditioned to 'listen' is not really listening at all. 

We're taught to correct and judge others or those they are speaking about. 

We're taught to try to be right and to say the 'right' thing. 

And so often it involves saying something to avoid the other person's pain. 

This does not help relationships thrive. 

Instead, it leads to frustration, misunderstandings, tension, and more judgments. 

But I'm here to let you know… There is a better way. 

Over four sessions, I'll teach you an effective empathy framework that can help you:

• Increase your capacity to respond to others with compassion 
• Nurture a greater understanding of others and lift them up 
• See challenging conversations through to peaceful resolutions 
• Heal past hurts so you can move forward feeling greater joy in life
