When we come together with purpose, shifts happen.

In this time of so much unrest in the world, and so much uncertainty…

I find myself mourning lives lost and feel profound sadness for those affected.

I yearn to see equal opportunities, and long for care for all people, so that all people can thrive.

I may not have control over these things, but there ARE things I can do to spread a little love.

I can tell my wife how much I love and appreciate her.

Or look the sales assistant in the eye as they bag my groceries and ask how they are.

Or take a neighbor a meal after a hospital stay.

🌸Because if I don’t have peace in my relationships, world peace is impossible.

I have my part to play, as we all do.

While the vastness of human suffering can sometimes feel overwhelming, I find it helpful to remember the energy shared through individual action can make a difference.

That’s because peace often starts from within.

It’s with that vision in mind that I invite you to join me for the 9th Annual New Year’s Peace Meditation on December 31st at 7:00am Pacific (California) Time.🧘

This year is going to be a particularly special one! Here is why…

• There will be a special introduction by renowned trainer, Iris Bawidamann on the value of living and embodying peace
• The meditation will be simultaneously interpreted in German, Korean, Mandarin, and Spanish
• There will be language-specific breakout rooms after the meditation to create greater ease and connection

Peace is not possible if we do not hold peace in our own hearts.
