Subject: How does NVC help us stay in the room together…
Preheader: …as we process events that are unfolding?
%user.name_f%,
Over the last seven months the world is experiencing a scary increase in Anti-Semitism and Islamophobia.
This is deeply connected to the continuing violence, war, displacement and suffering of the people in Israel/Palestine.
In light of what led up to, unfolded, and continues to unfold since October 7, how does NVC help?
Certified Trainers, Nadya Mahmud Giol and Roberta Wall have been with teams of NVC trainers and practitioners facilitating and organizing ongoing gatherings, conversations, and dialogue.
They ask the questions:
- How can we speak about the violence and suffering in Israel/Palestine and our despair, outrage, and fears?
- How do those of us living in other countries want to be heard and understood about the rise of Anti-Semitism and Islamophobia all over the world?
- How can we create healing spaces and experiences for people to share and hear each other?
Their upcoming course aims to create this healing space.
Responding to Anti-Semitism and Islamophobia in the Context of the Crisis in Israel/Palestine with Nadya Mahmud Giol and Roberta Wall starts on June 26th.

In this two-part series, NVC trainers from the region and globally will hold and guide you through NVC practices that generate honest sharing, deep listening, and heart-to-heart connection.
Please register today and let's plant seeds of peace and reconciliation for a world where everyone's needs are heard and valued.
