Subject: Here’s a Feelings and Needs Guide for you!
Preheader: This is the cornerstone of NVC

Hi %user.name_f%,

One of the cornerstones of Nonviolent Communication is learning to identify feelings and needs.

By embracing the principles of feelings and needs, you pave the way for a deeper understanding of yourself and those around you.

This, in turn, fosters harmonious connections and the ability to navigate conflicts with grace while leading you toward a life filled with fulfillment and meaningful relationships.

And to do this effectively, it's helpful to build your feelings/needs vocabulary!

A great way to do this is to have a feelings and needs list handy so you can study it and reference it.

We have designed a comprehensive 9-page Feelings and Needs Reference Guide designed to support you in integrating these vital concepts into your daily life.

It includes lists of:

  • Feelings (Emotions) when Needs are Met
  • Feelings (Emotions) when Needs are NOT Met
  • Universal Human Needs
  • An Alphabetized List of Feelings and Needs
  • And common Faux Feelings

You can grab your copy of this Feelings and Needs Reference Guide HERE.

Save it, print it out, keep it handy.

We wish you well on your learning journey!
