NVC Around the World

Continuing on our worldwide exploration of powerful NVC Trainers, these two trainers live in Beloved partnership in Indonesia with their two children.

🌏 Indonesia - Catherine Cadden and Jesse Wiens Chu

Together, they co-founded Baba Tree International in 2011 to support people around the world in learning real-world applications of spiritual nonviolent practices in an integrated way for social justice. They also co-authored the book, The Ongo Book: Everyday Nonviolence.

Catherine and Jesse bring a beautiful blend of NVC and Zen practice to their work and life. Together they bring an experiential style of integrated practices to support learning NVC in a way that is lively, engaging and deeply enriching.

The wisdom on which Nonviolent Communication is based on is as old as humanity itself. This recording with Jesse and Catherine draws insights from NVC’s elder siblings of Taoism, Buddhism, and Indigenous culture to offer new ways of approaching common NVC ‘stuck’ places.

📣 You can meet Catherine and Jesse at the 2025 NVC Conference where they be talking about how to have a better fight! NVC for more loving, long-term relationships.

See you next month,
