Bridging Differences, Building Bonds: a Revolutionary Approach to Resolving Conflict starts on Tuesday.
In this 4-session course, Rachelle Lamb will be exploring:
- The reasons we make the choices we do
- Dynamics of conflict— how it starts, how it escalates, and what to do about it
- The differences between collaborative and alienating communication
- Why honesty and empathy are crucial to building strong relationships
- What blocks empathy, and everyday language that interferes with connection
- 4-step model to facilitate understanding, maintain goodwill, and lower defensiveness
It is taking place on Tuesdays from 10AM to Noon Pacific (California) Time.
It’s for people who want to learn how to foster deep connection and understanding as they embark on a transformative journey.
Rachelle will explore ways to navigate conflict with confidence, understand what sits behind our actions, and replace restrictive speech habits with empathic, honest dialogue.
This course is part of our beginner’s pathway for Nonviolent Communication (NVC). And while courses on our Beginner’s Pathway are designed for newcomers, seasoned NVC enthusiasts are very welcome to attend. Most long-time NVC enthusiasts enjoy the opportunity to get refreshers of some of the building blocks of Nonviolent Communication to reinvigorate and deepen their practice.
