Over the next five sessions, Roxy will explore parenting through multiple lenses. 

Her wisdom - as a parent, psychologist, and Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication - will be distilled into easy-to-grasp ideas. 

By integrating these concepts, you’ll develop the confidence to make parenting choices that align with your values. 

These lessons won’t just address the immediate challenges you face as a parent or care-giver. They’ll lay the foundations to foster a nurturing environment with understanding and intention. And a way to navigate all the ‘screw ups’ with a long term lens. 

Before this course ran last summer, one of our participants, Anna, would regularly be flooded with mom-guilt when she got impatient with her kids. 

The course helped her understand and accept herself as she was, and use these opportunities to model the kind of repair that she wants her children to be able to do. The kind she didn’t see modelled as a child herself. 

She’s genuinely freed herself from the desire to be a “perfect” parent. And she’s teaching her kids valuable skills she wants them to have.
