I see that you signed up for Jim and Jori Manske’s Open-Hearted Practice Group in 2024. 

How was your experience? Were you bummed for it to end?  

Well, we want to make sure you know that another year of this Open-Hearted Practice Group kicks off this Monday, January 20!

And while the structure will stay the same, the content will evolve and continue to build off what you’ve been practicing.

Last year, you focused on one skill at a time on the Matrix. 

This year, the group will move toward practical applications including relationships, the workplace, and organizations. 

Jim and Jori will point out and review the Matrix skills with the group as each mini-series unfolds, starting with “Giraffe” relationships and then moving into issues of power, submission, and rebellion in relationships.  

As always, this group is a wonderful opportunity to:

• ✨ Enhance your understanding of yourself
• ✨ Deepen your capacity for empathy and learn to express yourself with clarity
• ✨ Learn lots of real-life applications for NVC
• ✨Practice in a supportive space with others on similar learning journeys!

Sessions will take place every Monday from January 20 - December 15.

And since they are “drop-in sessions,” you can come to as many or as few sessions as you choose!
