Exploring the Essence of Nonviolent Communication: An Open-Hearted Practice Group is a beautiful opportunity to connect with others on the learning path and deepen your understanding of NVC concepts.

Here are a few of the highlights of what makes this so special:

• Each week the group will take a deep dive into one Nonviolent Communication skill
• Each session stands alone, yet all of the topics are interconnected
• Sessions include little “teaching” and lots of opportunities to practice
• These are “drop-in sessions” — Come to as many or as few as you choose! 

Last year, the group focused on one skill at a time on the “Matrix”.

This year, the group will move toward practical applications including relationships, the workplace, and organizations.

Jim and Jori will point out and review the Matrix skills as each mini-series unfolds, so those who didn’t attend last year will still be able to easily follow along.

This group is a wonderful opportunity to:
