Our relationships are the source of some of the greatest joy and the deepest pain in life.

When we're not aware or intentional about how we relate, we have less choice and influence on how things go. If we lose presence, we lose access to our learned skills, our innate wisdom and our best intentions.

With training and practice, you can develop the capacity to stay clear, grounded and balanced through the inevitable ups and downs of your relationships.

This six-session audio recording will provide you with the key principles and practices of mindful communication to strengthen your relationships and improve those that are challenging.

You will gain access to skills to help you:

This course recording draws upon the modern disciplines of Nonviolent Communication and trauma healing, as well as mindfulness practices from the Buddhist tradition.

Whether you're new to NVC or have been practicing for years, the skills covered will help you transform your communication habits at the root level, bringing more clarity, ease and connection to your life. This audio recording is appropriate for individuals, therapists, doctors, and other helping professionals. Please join us!
